VENTURE INSURANCE AGENCY, LLC ("Venture Insurance," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Policy applies to visitors, prospective clients, and current clients of Venture Insurance. It supplements — and does not replace — any separate privacy notice you receive from an insurance carrier whose policy we help you obtain.

This category is generally treated as "nonpublic personal information" under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and Oklahoma's insurance privacy regulations (Okla. Admin. Code §§ 365:35-1-1 et seq.), which carry the notice and opt-out obligations described in Section 5.

We do not sell your nonpublic personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
5.1 GLBA / Oklahoma insurance privacy notice
As a licensed Oklahoma insurance producer, Venture Insurance is subject to Oklahoma's insurance information and privacy protection regulations (Okla. Admin. Code §§ 365:35-1-1 to 365:35-1-54) and federal GLBA privacy requirements. Where we would disclose nonpublic personal financial information to a nonaffiliated third party outside the ordinary course of obtaining and servicing your insurance, we will provide the notice and opt-out opportunity the law requires before doing so.
5.2 Marketing communications
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us at julie@ventureinsurance.us. To be added to our internal do-not-call list, contact us directly.
5.3 Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some Site functionality, such as saved quote forms.
5.4 Other state privacy laws
Venture Insurance does not currently meet the size or revenue thresholds that trigger comprehensive state consumer-privacy laws such as the Oklahoma Consumer Data Privacy Act (effective January 1, 2027). If Venture Insurance's operations grow to meet those thresholds, or clients in other states request rights under their own state's law, this Policy should be revisited and updated.
6. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, consistent with the FTC Safeguards Rule and Oklahoma's insurance data-security standards (Okla. Admin. Code §§ 365:35-3-1 to 365:35-3-11). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to service your policies, meet our legal and regulatory recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to carrier websites or other third-party sites with their own privacy practices. This Policy does not apply to those sites.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be posted on the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through automated means without our permission.
3. Not an Offer or Binder of Insurance
Information, quotes, and rate estimates on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer, binder, or guarantee of insurance coverage. Coverage is not effective until confirmed in writing by Venture Insurance or the applicable carrier, and is subject to underwriting approval, payment of premium, and the terms of the policy actually issued. If Site content ever conflicts with your issued policy, the policy controls.
4. Accuracy of Information
Quotes and coverage recommendations depend on the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for giving complete and accurate information; misrepresentations may affect coverage or claims.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and the Venture Insurance name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Venture Insurance and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to carrier or other third-party websites. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venture Insurance and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Oklahoma law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Venture Insurance from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
11. Dispute Resolution
